Melinda Morgan is an attorney with Vantus Law Group, a business law and litigation boutique.
Melinda Morgan practices complex civil and commercial litigation, concentrating on products liability, toxic tort and asbestos litigation, including the defense of product manufacturers. She also pursues and defends civil sex offense and personal injury cases. She assists inmates who appear before the Board of Pardons and Parole. Melinda also serves as a Guardian ad Litem. She is a former chair of the BYU Alumni Women’s Law Forum. She was voted by her peers throughout the state as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” in the category of Civil Trial Practice. She is a member of the Utah and Washington State Bars, Women Lawyers of Utah, and Utah Defense Lawyers Association.
