Jason Rogers is an attorney with Vantus Law Group, a business law and litigation boutique.
Jason advises clients in tax, federal and state securities offerings, capital structure and formation, mergers and acquisition transactions and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Vantus in 2008, he practiced with the corporate and securities group of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP in Salt Lake City, and was a tax attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell, a premier corporate and securities law firm in New York City. He has also worked with the legal group of Deutsche Asset Management, a division of Deutsche Bank, in New York City.
